Al pie de la letra de amor

Men lived; and died individually. Failed to define the undefinable "love", days should speak and multitude of years should teach wisdom, but still it profited no meaning for love. All I know about love whenever I feel it is beauty, especially the day I was shocked by your Venus like face, and I feel I'm quiet stupid when I am at your presence.Nevertheless, let me define your beauty as love in a music rhytmically unsung, but how could I sing your beauty? for it manifest always in an elevating excitement of my soul? Oh!This letter of mine is inaveriguable liquid poetry. But love is unquestinable the purest and truest of all poetical themes. I will love you in an altruistic way and obsequious manner. I have no words to tell the loveliness of loving you!!! Because the quiddity of love is in feeling and not by intellectual reason.

Malum in se

It is ironic that with the advancement of technology and education, our society seems to be sliding backwards in terms of intelligence and common sense.

----Xandria Ooi---StarMetro,Wednesday,30th June,2010.

I can't measure up the hypocrisy of some fellow Filipinos. What happened Monday about hostage drama in a bus was humiliating, truly horrendum pudendum to the entire Filipino community. Many condemned the act,but who to blame? It could be avoided if the Philippine media applied their "code of ethics" during the hostage drama. They are careless, selfish, power abusive group. The President itself shows his incompetence,he has the power for news block out,but he's afraid he might be criticised of suppressing of speech and/or media.

The crime scene bacame tourist spot to some Filipinos, especially students, smiling while taking pictures in front of the bus.

SHOW SOME FUCKEN RESPECT TO THE VICTIMS!!!

Filipinos raged in anger when a Hong Kong journalist made a derogatory remark about Filipinos. But hey! this one is far more animalistic done by a Filipino. Please, please, please, show some respect to the victims....

Cogito ergo doleo!!

Assiduus usus uni rei deditus et ingenium et artem saepe vincit.(Constant practice devoted to one subject often outdoes both intelligence and skill.)--Cicero.

Yesterday,August the 19th of this year. I learnt a lesson that is currently seizing me, it's holding me down, drowning me into manic depression. My very low EQ (Emotional Quotient) is dominating me.

Yesterday was my practical test for driving, and I had failed in four stages. It's quiet frustrating, really, I am frustrated. In the past couple of days prior to yesterday, I never had any mistake(s) in practice and yesterday I had transformed into a total jerk! An idiot! A stupid!

Now, I lost my appetite. I couldn't eat. I couldn't sleep. I don't wanna talk to anybody. I want to be alone. This experience is very humiliating. It suppresses me to exist. It's freezing me to hell. (Aha! Does hell exist?)

When I was in Highschool my day is complete when my classmates and teachers praises my work(s), my leadership especially in school projects,my eloquence and performance as team leader.

When I was in College, one of my favorite subjects was Sociology. I was feared by many but admired by some of my classmates especially during oral recitation/discussion or debate. Our professor grouped the class and given some topics to be reported till the end of semester. I was third year college then( I chose free section), majority of my classmates were graduating Political Science majors and International Studies majors. Two leaders of different groups approached and begged me not to ask questions or difficult questions during their reporting because they're afraid they couldn't answer, the professor will fail them for sure. But I couldn't help not to ask questions. And I am easily get irate if they couldn't answer my questions especially if related to social issues or laws.

When I was in college, practical exams were my specialty, including but not limited to Comparative Anatomy and Organic Chemistry. I remember one day under Prof. Roberto, I was the only one who passed the Theoretical exam, therefore, I am the only one allowed to take the Practical exam, pinning, labeling, and naming muscles, visceral skeleton, tracing urogenital system, coelom and digestive system.

But yesterday was the opposite, For the first time in my life....,- I HAD LOST THE FIGHT.....-----

Reductio ad absurdum

Filipino politicians are becoming spineless cowards like some politicians of Europe.Let me post a news fron SunStar Davao.

http://www.sunstar.com.ph/davao/councilors-okay-stores-serve-halal-food

This is absolutely against the 1987 Constitution of the Philippines.

Article II Section 6 The separation of Church and State shall be inviolable.

Let me quote one of the foundations of 1987 Constitution Dean Emeritus and amicus curiae Fr. Joaquin Bernas,S.J. in his article.,

That is the "separation part" of the Constitutional command. The other part is the "free exercise clause". Both are embodied in one sentence which says,"No law shall be made respecting an establishment of religion,or prohibiting the free exercise thereof."

The fundamental meaning of the clause is the prohibition imposed on the state not to establish any religion as the official state religion.

The constitutional command, however,is more than just the prohibition of a state religion. That is the minimal meaning.Juresprudence has expanded it to mean that the state may not pass "laws which aid one religion, aid all religions,or prefer one religion over another."

Therefore, the councilors of Davao City are making serious mistake for making"a law aiding one religion",i.e. Islam, and "prefering one religion over another",i.e. Islam. On my opinion the author of the said bill want to please muslim communities of Davao City,"for personal gain"? to gain support from muslim community for the next election and/or for security reason? SIPSIP bah?

NO TO FAITH BASED LAWS!!!

Note: The paragraph(s) that is/are written in italic form is/are quoted from an article of Fr.Bernas, which I also copied from Innerminds of filipinofreethinkers.org
